Epoxy Curing Accelerators

SinwoTec Epoxy curing catalysts are a series of organic bases, DBU, 1,8-Diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene salts, organic phosphates, organic ammonium. They are used as catalysts and accelerators in epoxy-anhydride, epoxy-pheolic resin curing system. DBU with DBU salts, are mainly used in EMC (epoxy moulding compound), various electronic components packaging, semiconductor encapsulation. Organic phosphates are used as curing accelerators in epoxy anhydride formula, play perfect performances in high brightness LED, artificial marble applications. Organic ammonium with free halogen, advantage is to obtain less coloring cured products, with high transparancy.
